About Me- Michael Giannetto

Growing up, I spent countless hours helping my dad run his home GC business. I watched him tackle every challenge—managing jobs, customers, and a phone that never seemed to stop ringing. More than once a day, I’d hear him mutter, “I wish I could just throw this phone out the window!” God rest his soul—“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans” (Proverbs 16:3). Those words have guided me ever since.

Working alongside him, I learned firsthand the struggles that come with running a hands-on business. It’s rewarding, yes, but it can also be exhausting. I saw the stress, the missed opportunities, and the endless ringing phones that kept him from focusing on the work he loved. Those experiences shaped my perspective and inspired my mission: to make life easier for business owners who give everything to their craft.
